Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Will prepare project plan and coordinates the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation. Maintains matrix for process improvements
• Will drive project deliverables and task details by through the use reports, tracking charts and, checklists.
• Aligns the activities of resources internal to the business unit to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project.
• Monitors, and reports to the business unit on project's cost performance.
• Will participate on intra business unit design teams to complete projects. Will contribute to the team's technical development in the pursuit of the team's project goals.
• Will research causes to project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for resolution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop new procedures and Best Known Methods (BKMs) to service new products. Contribute to the FMECA process.
2. Participate in or own first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab. Solve issues, or work with Engineering to address issues identified. Work with Manufacturing to develop procedures and participate (if required) on New Product final test
3. Partner with Quality & Reliability (Q&R) group to review and address Top Field Issues. Participate in or own CAPA process. Conduct or facilitate Failure Analysis (FA) if needed
4. Develop and document procedures to install (start-up), retrofit and maintain the product (Technical Product Manuals)
5. Develop new procedures, Customer Engineering Notices (CENs), Internal Service Bulletins (ISBs) and troubleshooting guides as required
6. Collect process and qualification data to create product Best Known Methods (BKMs)
7. Develop initial training package for new products and work with Global Technical Training (GTT) to develop training class. Train Customer Engineers (CEs), Process Engineers (PSEs) and Technical Product Support (TPS) assigned to customers who will receive ELS Shipments, prior to shipping
8. Identify new parts that require to be stocked by AGS and work with them to ensure parts are stocked in correct locations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages Business Management team for multiple customers and/or regions. Primary interface between sales and BU.
• Responsible to forecast, and deliver to booking, revenue and gross margin commits.
• Formulates, integrates, and coordinates division strategy for assigned account(s) and/or region(s) to achieve specific Market Share (%). Jointly owns product Single Page Strategy with Sales.
• Understands customer roadmaps and HVPs. Helps translate into product development priorities. Positions division products within assigned accounts/regions in line with customer specifications and product technical capabilities. Contributes competitive intelligence to red teams. Contributes to Large Order committee - by providing pricing margin and scorecard details.
• Team owns purchase and config spec responses. Resolves disconnects between customer, field and BU Technology stakeholders to close hardware and process specifications (RFQs).
• Team gathers data and recommends pricing structure of products and partners with Sales for order closure. Develops pricing strategy to introduce product enhancements to increase margin.
• Team qualifies, schedules, and coordinates demos, visits, and customer meetings. Guides content and/or presents level 1/2 technical presentations to customers
• Manages and develops employees and multiple projects/ programs for the Business Mgmt. organization
