OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:
Report directly to the People and Culture Manager. Acts as a business partner with business units within the Group and provides operational support on HR Functions and any HR ad-hoc projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acts as as business partner to ensure all business units with smooth running of full spectrum day-to-day HR operations;
Ensure all HR Process in compliance to Company polices and the local statutory requirements;
Monitor and maintain HR data accuracy and integrity of employees’ data required for payroll processing in all HR related systems;
Rotate as Project Leader to take lead of some HR initiatives;
Assist to any office administrative requests from employees;
Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the superior.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Diploma or Degree in Business & Human Resource Management or its equivalent;
2 years of administrative experience;
1 year of experience with Payroll processing will be an added advantage;
Be authentic, open and approachable, result oriented;
Willingness to learn, fast learner, independent and mature;
Systematic and able to manage database system efficiently;
A team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
Numeric, analytical, high degree of accuracy and accountability;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong in MS Excel.
