We are seeking an individual to support our business in printing and canvas stretching/framing. This job would be based at our factory space at 48 Toh Guan Road.

Whilst some experience would be preferable we are more than willing to onboard someone with no experience providing you have the right attitude and drive to learn.

The job loosely involves:

• Handling print jobs on a range of media - typically paper and canvas based prints on large format printers such as the Canon Pro-566.
• Operating the printer, such as loading & unloading media, creating print jobs, handling post print and distribution.
• Manufacturing canvas stretcher bars, which involves basic measurements and the usage of two pieces of simple machinery.
• Stretching canvases over these wooden stretcher bars.
• General tasks such as packaging, producing shipping labels and generally supproting in keeping the factory tidy.

Base salary would be dependent on existing experience but we are also open to agreeing a commission based portion based on the overall performance of the business each month and the individuals contribution in terms of the number of pieces produced.

We are seeking a sales and customer service executive based in our showroom at Bukit Merah. The role loosely encompasses the following key areas:

• Handle enquiries that come in via Whatsapp, email, phone, and walk-ins.
• Provide accurate quotes and convert leads into revenue.
• Provide appropriate customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• You are effectively the main person who will interact with customers day-to-day.

We operate a number of businesses in Singapore that cut across printing, framing, art restoration, art valuation, and the sale of fine art [paintings & sculptures]. We have an excellent web presence and do not need to go hunting for business - your job is effectively to close opportunities that are provided to you via Whatsapp, Email, Phone, and those who walk-in.

As we do have walk-in customers it is a job that requires someone to be on-site Tue - Fri [10am - 6pm] and Sat [10am - 5pm].

As with any small business, each person needs to pull their weight and make an impact. We need proactive individuals with strong attention to detail who enjoy speaking to others.

We are currently offering a fixed salary with the idea of some additional commission based bonus available.

We are looking for a sales and customer services manager to support across a number of our businesses which include printing, framing, and an art gallery.

How will a typical day look?

• You would handle enquiries that come in via Whatsapp, Email, and Phone primarily. There are some customers who walk-in seeking services but the majority are via Whatsapp and Email.
• You would leverage tools and software that we have in place to accurately quote customers.
• You would create and send invoices and ensure payments are made and received.
• You would collate and document order requirements for printing and/or framing production teams.
• Handle some operational elements such as organising couriers for collections/deliveries.

Things to know

• As we do have walk-in customers this role requires you to be physically located at our offices.
• This role cuts across 3 unique companies covering printing, framing and art, but would mostly focus on handling sales and customer service for printing and framing.
• Full training will be provided, but you should be comfortable talking to people as this is critical.
• The process of quoting has been made simple thanks to software and tools we have built over the years.
• There is an opportunity to earn commission in addition to a fixed salary - to be discussed.
• Working expectations would be Tue - Fri [10am - 6pm] and Sat [10am - 5pm].
• The role will work directly with the owners.
