• To assist in contract administration, budget control, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with the Client’s representative on claims and variation costs;

• Call quotations, evaluation of price comparison and prepare bill of quantities to arrive at the tender pricing

• To review and verify the Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s claims and prepare payment certificates

• To attend site meeting and progress claim meeting;

• Monitor project Income expenditure.

• Provide support in any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in construction

• Entry level candidates will also be considered

• Good command of spoken and written English

• Be adaptable and able to work independently coupled with strong interpersonal skills

Job Description:

- Use procurement & inventory system MS Dynamics 365 to assist in full spectrum of purchasing process (sourcing, quotation enquiry, price negotiation, placement of orders and delivery arrangement).

- Issue purchase orders (PO) and performs Goods Receive Note (GRN).

- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance.

- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

- Responsible for operations’ inquiries and quotations.

- Ensure procurement procedures and policies are followed.

Requirements:

- Minimum ‘O level or equivalent with minimum 1 year of experiences in similar capacity

- Effectively bilingual with proficiency in English

- Proficient in advanced excel.

- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written communication skills.

- Team player and able to work independently with excellent time management.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. This role ensures that the warehouse functions efficiently and effectively in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Receiving and Inspection:

• Assist in unloading incoming shipments and verify items against delivery orders.
• Check and inspect goods for damage, quantity, and accuracy.
• Report discrepancies or quality issues to the supervisor.

Storage and Inventory Management:

• Organize and store products in the designated locations to maintain an orderly warehouse.
• Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Update inventory management systems accurately and promptly.

Picking and Packing:

• Pick items according to orders and pack them securely for dispatch.
• Ensure correct labeling and documentation for outgoing goods.
• Assist in preparing goods for shipment, including wrapping, strapping, and palletizing.

Loading and Unloading of Goods / Dispatch and Delivery:

• Assist in loading goods onto delivery vehicles.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders.
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams for efficient order fulfilment.

Safety and Cleanliness:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Assist in identifying and reporting potential safety hazards.

Equipment Operation:

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and trolleys safely and efficiently would be an advantage.
• Report any equipment mal functions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

Other Duties:

• Support other warehouse tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Any other duties assigned by your reporting officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in English and is able to do data entry using Microsoft Excel and sending email on Outlook.
• Minimum ITE, GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Possess Class 3 driving license.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work, including lifting and moving goods.
• Meticulous, able to communicate well and work in a team.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) is an advantage

Mon – Thurs : 8am – 6pm Fri : 8am – 5pm.
