To be responsible for Boutique’s overall day to day operations. Accountable for providing best customer experience, for pre and post selling of the products of the boutiques, for brand and product promotion and for making productive contribution by organizing, assigning and executing work to meet overall boutique objectives.

Maintenance of watches

• Provide inspection service in order to identify problems with watches.
• Receive clients’ watches and prepare complete technical estimates, including immediate estimates where possible, for services, operations and change of components.
• Complete simple interventions such as bracelet changes or adjustments, checks of waterproofness, timing accuracy and time setting.
• Ensure the follow up of the intervention of AP watches by analyzing daily report synchronized between the boutique and customer service department.
  • Estimates, approvals, pick-ups

 Customer Experience and Service & Business Development

• Respond to all boutique CS enquiries
  • Phone calls, voicemail, email
• Manage client relationships and client experience within the Boutique, providing top quality service, deadline management and effective complaints handling.
• Communicate the expectations of existing clients, managed through customer service experience linked to the triage, repair and maintenance of owned timepieces.

We are providing a training of 18 months in a state of the art watchmaking facility in order to master the knowledge of:-

• Theory of watchmaking
• Casing up watches and fitting bracelets
• Servicing Quartz watches
• Servicing Mechanical watches
• Servicing Complications such as Chronograph and Calendars

Sales and Stock Management

1. Ensure appropriate stock levels at subsidiary, internal and external retail network.
2. Ensure adequate and timely product deliveries.
3. Fully utilize the available market stock to maximize fluidity and revenues.
4. Monitor deliveries and communicate with headquarters to ensure proper product supply.
5. Consolidate and coordinate requests on delivery of all boutiques/wholesale to HQ.
6. Monitor stock health in internal and external retail locations.
7. Work with boutique managers to plan and execute allocation, achieve quantitative and qualitative goals, and ensure that client requests are adequately addressed and fulfilled.
8. Work in close cooperation with the distribution network in order to develop strong relationships with partners.
9. Advise, guide, control and report the operations of retailers, their business development and results. Intervene and follow-up on key issues, prospects and motivate retailers in order to secure their adhesion to the brand and its corporate values and to ensure their business growth and continuous profitability.
10. Ensure that sell-in and sell-out objectives are met at all times.
11. Manage the efficiency of the logistics and warehouse coordination
12. Help to prepare yearly budgets, latest estimates and ad-hoc reporting and statistics.
13. Ensure that the sales and revenue of the brand is maximized at all times.
14. Monitor staff purchase and staff loan.

 ​​Sales & Distribution Reporting

1. Prepare timely and accurate analysis and reports on sales, distribution and product, according to the management’s requirements.
2. Prepare information and presentations for internal and external meetings for the management.
3. Regularly assess the market situation, developments and trends.
4. Provide regular market reports to the management (incl. sell-in and sell-out figures).
5. Update distribution network information on the Internet and Sugar database at all times.

Administration & Others

1. Corporate compliance: follow the rules of corporate compliance defined by the company strictly and at all times.
2. Attend and participate to sales meetings, product seminars, trade shows and other meetings as reasonably instructed by the management.
3. Keep a presentable and self-motivated attitude at all times.

• To be meticulous, define, dismantle and analyse faulty watch spare parts, repair and/or replace them.
• Ensure the complete maintenance of AP watches (uncasing, movement intervention, dials/hands fitting, encasing, etc.).
• To adopt the most effective and efficient methods and reduce the time spent on repairs
• To work closely and render support to the Service Center to ensure the following duties are carried out but not limited to:-
  • Provide quick repairs (bracelet services, battery change and other partial services):-
    • Quartz Watches – Battery and Complete service
    • Hand-wound mechanical and simple automatics
  • Provide basic polishing-refurbishing service and guarantee repair:-
    • Expected quality (aesthetics)
    • Expected quality (timing and function)
    • Expected promised lead times (for under- and out of-warranty repairs)
• To comply to technical guidelines set out by the Company and ensure quality repair carried out.
• Be knowledgeable in operating equipment related to servicing and repairing watches.
