The job position is located at our customer site and performed in 24x7 rotating shifts as planned. Administration, support and maintain production system and ensure their high availability, service level agreements and customer satisfaction. Perform system integration related tasks, such as installation, testing, analyse and troubleshooting to draw conclusions to the project team.

Main Responsibilities:

· Support Level 1 & Service tasks
