Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Senior Operation Executive located at Chinatown, Singapore.

• Job Title: Senior Operation Executive (Full Time)
• Availability: Immediate
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6.30pm (5 days work week)
• Location: People’s Park Centre (Chinatown)

Responsibilities:

- Plan & manage all logistical aspects of our events, including inventory, transportation, catering, staff, stage, etc

- Manage procurement and budget for events ensuring best price/service obtained

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors/contractors and clients ensuring smooth operations and timely execution

- Collection of all necessary forms from vendors for submissions to relevant authorities

- Handle and ensure all business licensing and permits (e.g. SFA license, Liquor license) and ensure compliance of license are valid and/or adhered at all times.

- Assist in venue setup & teardown during the event

- Assist in all on-site operations during the event days

- Assist in other events operations and provide general administration for the team

Qualifications:

- Min Diploma in Events Management/Logistics or related fields

- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in event management is preferred

- Fresh graduates with prior event experience (e.g school-related events) are welcomed

- Possess good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills

- Ability to multi-task and display a willingness to learn

- Responsible, resourceful and meticulous in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive self-starter capable of working autonomously

- Able to commence work within short notice

(Temp) Onsite Event Support Crew – Various Roles

Dates: 14 – 17 November 2024

Pay: $12 per hour Location: Singapore Expo, Hall 5

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide good customer service for a positive visitor experience
• Act as a point of contact for visitors & media, addressing their inquiries and concerns, issuing and tracking free gifts and other vouchers
• Assist to collect visitor data and data entry
• Assist in packing of goodie bags and vouchers
• Providesupport to performers and participants during events stage /programme
• Giving out event flyer & provide support at event site
• Help in counter service like lucky draw or exhibitor check-in
• Collaboratewith team members to ensure efficient event operations
• Participate in post-event clean-up and equipment storage
• Execution of other tasks assigned by Event IC

Job Requirements:

• Min 16 years old and be a Singapore Citizen/PR.
• Commit to work during stated dates, weekends and public holidays and timings
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly attitude

• Aid the marketing manager in various marketing initiatives and other administrative tasks.
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling.
• Create graphics using Canva and produce trending videos for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
• Support marketing and sales efforts through administrative tasks including data collection, data entry, and designing survey forms.
• Provide onsite support during marketing events.
• Other ad-hoc administrative support

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related fields, and be a Singapore Citizen/PR.
• Have familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), MS Office, and Canva.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• Meticulous and displays a responsible attitude with time management abilities.
• Show resourcefulness and adeptness in creative problem-solving.
• Responsible, resourceful and meticulous in a fast-paced environment.
