Job Descriptions

• Perform system administration, such as health check and patch updates.
• Proficient in performing tasks following Standard Operations Process (SOP) provided.
• Facilitate the physical access and escort of contractors who are accessing premises.
• Facilitate operational requests from project team to support the project implementation.
• Support in work documentation, filing and other paperwork.
• Assist in other IT admin and logistics support to the team.

Job Requirements

Job Descriptions

• Carry out financial operations proficiently using the relevant financial systems by adhering to the finance-related legislations and policies.
• Administer the processing of invoices in SAP system for purchases made by the various units using contracting instruments such as Purchase Orders.
• Engaging and supporting department in the areas of financial policies, as well as recommend process improvements through data analytics.
• Partake in projects that help to enhance systems and processes, such as the use of robotic process automation, to strengthen the financial integrity.
• Process finance transactions promptly within a stipulated timeframe

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other relevant fields
• Experience in analytical field with hands-on accounting skills.
