Job Description:

We are looking for a Training & Project Executive (Creative) to join our team and oversee projects within our creative social enterprise, which includes gifts, floral arrangements, and hamper packing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social impact, and the ability to train and support beneficiaries in their personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Develop and implement work procedures to ensure the smooth execution of creative projects.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to manage manpower, project timelines, inventory and logistics.
• Supervision & Training:
• Oversee the quality control (QC), packaging, and crafting of gifts, floral arrangements, and hampers.
• Train and guide beneficiaries in creative tasks such as gift-making and hamper packing.
• Beneficiary Management:

· To train persons with disabilities in pre-vocational, vocational and community living skills

· Assist with activities to develop social skills and physical maintenance.

· To supervise and provide quality check of clients’ packing work.

• Work with a multi-disciplinary team to develop, implement and monitor client’s individual training plan.

· To be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of the clients

• To be responsible for clients’ case management

· To provide periodic updates to caregiver on client progress

· To work with Department Head in co-ordinating events that client attends on a periodic basis.

Requirements
