• Develop and build relationships with designers, architecture, developers and clients.
• Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
• Initiate sales process by scheduling appointments; understanding account requirements and making initial presentations
• Arrange for presentations or business appointments with potential clients about new developments in the company’s products
• Acquire and develop sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including but not limited to referrals, networking, cold calls and face to face meetings, build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Drive the entire sales process: prioritize and target top accounts, identify solutions, negotiate product pricing and contracts, and close the sale through contract completion
• Respond quickly and effectively to all sales enquiries and follow up diligently with those enquiries
• Prepare quotation and follow-up with potential clients closely
• Provide excellent customer service and after sales service
• Participate in networking or designer events / exhibitions when needed
• Maintain knowledge of economic activities within the FF&E and interior design industry to propose business strategies for company’s growth
• Any other ad-hoc matters that are required
