Job Description:

• Prepare and analyze detailed cost estimates and quantity measurement for both pre- and post- contract administration
• Obtain quotations, negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders
• Prepare costing and submit quotations to clients
• Follow up with vendors for update of materials and equipment pricing
• Liaise with clients for all tenders scope of works and related matters
• Work with Projects Managers on project administration matters, contractual obligation and cost impact for project, etc.
• Assist in the preparation of tender submission documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Assist in filing and recording of documents

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within the electrical, M&E or construction sectors
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, tendering processes and cost management principles
• Good knowledge of materials and works for site usage
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ensure tender submission within tight deadline

• Manage project budget

• Design and prepare business proposals and solutions

• Improve cost competitiveness during tender for higher profit margins

• Attend site visit and tender meetings and prepare response to clarifications

Requirements:

• Solid Knowledge and experiences in tender department (ACMV / M&E)

• Min 8 years of Working experience as tender executive or QS

• Can work independently for tender

• Meticulous and attention ot details in tender activities

• Able to plan tender schedules as well as coordinate with project team

• Study the cost and ensure all cost is covered

• Prepare tender reports and findings

• Send RFQs to suppliers and subcon and negotiate the scope

• Proficient in MS Excels, Words, Power Point, AutoCad

Job Description

• Manage internet marketing campaigns, newsletter/magazine, subscription and website maintenance.
• Assist Head of Sales in developing, planning, executive and monitoring marketing activities.
• Organize, coordinate & executive marketing events such as seminars, workshop and exhibition and provide event site support.
• Plan and conceptualize marketing initiatives/campaigns with business partners.
• Initiate marketing programs & collaborate within internal & external on marketing events.
• Manage marketing department budget.
• Manage creation and copywriting work of all marketing materials including product catalogues, promotional flyers, advertising materials, etc.
• Manage and maintain a library of product image database.
• Manage and control all marketing collateral sourcing, printing, inventory - not limiting to catalogues, brochures, corporate gifts, etc
• Manage all product related information update on website.
• Develop and maintain a social media program.
• Update and maintain all corporate presentation materials
• Oversee and ensure all corporate materials created adhere to corporate identity (CI)
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by HOD and management

Requirements:

• A University Degree in Marketing OR at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related fields of marketing or business or corporate communications.
• At least 2-5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in MS office applications, graphics design skills and marketing software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Pardot CRM)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Creative and innovative, able to work independently, excellent written and speaking communication skill.
