Responsibilities:

Research and Development:

• Lead the development of new bakery products, including breads, pastries, cakes, and other confections.
• Conduct market research to identify current trends and consumer preferences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products from concept to market.

Quality Management:

• Establish and enforce quality control procedures for all bakery products.
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to minimize defects and maintain consistency in product quality.
• Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues, working closely with production teams.

Operation Management:

• Oversee the daily operation, ensures the quality, standards, and meet the expectations of the customers.
• Ensures compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Responsible for hire, train Outlet Managers and their teams.
• Manpower planning and scheduling of work for outlet staff.

Qualification:

• At least 5 years relevant operational experience in F&B chains. Experience in R&D, operation and quality control.
• Relevant food hygiene officer and other certifications.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
