Key Responsibilities:

Culinary Training:

• Develop and deliver culinary training programs.
• Conduct hands-on culinary demonstrations and workshops for students, focusing on fundamental cooking techniques, food safety, and menu development.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to culinary students to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge.
• Assess students' performance in the kitchen and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Ensure that students are well-versed in food safety and hygiene practices.
• Oversee and enforce kitchen cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.
• Ensure studio organisation and hygiene is always up to company standards.
• Oversee and maintain kitchen equipment quality and cleanliness.

Curriculum Planning:

Collaborate with curriculum development teams to update and improve culinary training materials and resources.

Stay current with industry trends and incorporate relevant culinary innovations into the curriculum.

Qualifications:

• Formal culinary education and certification preferred.
• ACTA or ACLP Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Patience and a passion for teaching and mentoring.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic culinary environment.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Public Speaking Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for communication and a talent for helping others improve their public speaking skills. For this role, we are seeking a partner to regularly aid course improvements, and act as a master trainer for future trainers joining the team.

Key Responsobilities

• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops on public speaking.
• Develop customized training materials and programs tailored to the needs of individual clients or groups.
• Provide constructive feedback and techniques for voice modulation, body language, and presentation skills.
• Help clients overcome public speaking anxiety and improve their overall communication confidence.
• Track and report on client progress.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in public speaking and communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Public Speaking Coach or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of effective public speaking techniques and principles.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback in a supportive, motivating way.
• Experience in creating and conducting workshops and training sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, or related field is preferred.
