Job Description:

Job Requirements:

· At least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration or Sales & Marketing is preferred.

· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.

· Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Corporate Sales or equivalent.

· Working experience in Manufacturing Environment will be advantageous.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.), Outlook, PowerPoint.

Job Description

· Conduct day-to-day inspection activities / 开展日常检查活动

· Record and file quality data /记录和归档质量数据

· Highlight quality problem detected to Quality Engineer / 向质量工程师强调检测到的质量问题

· Housekeeping of the QA Department / QA部门的内务管理

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer's calls
• Liaise with customers on matters such as schedules, rejects, orders etc
• Handle customer's complaints
• Monitor weekly sales backlog reports
• Liaise with Planning Department and warehouse for outstanding Sales Orders
• Download and receive of Sales Orders
• Filter Sales Orders’ lead time, pricing issues, New Sales Orders and related new projects etc
• Create and maintain customer codes in the ERP system
• Create and maintain customer's price lists
• Type and file quotations
• Invoicing, Issue Debit and Credit notes
• Monitor customers' payment & shipping schedules
• Prepare related documents such as Packing List and Proforma invoice for shipment
• Maintain sales reports on a regular basis
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

JOB REQUIRMENTS

• Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Able to handle Mandarin Speaking customers' complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution from China and Taiwan
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Job Description:

• Coordinate with production on daily basis to ensure high quality products are produced;
• Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production;
• Develop operational strategies to achieve production and quality objectives;
• To develop and maintain good lean manufacturing practices like 5S, Poka Yoke at production;
• Responsible for production tooling management;
• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and improve production efficiency;
• Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements;
• Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities;
• Provides training and guidance to production technicians and operators periodically;
• Stay current with product specifications, engineering technology and production processes;
• Develop best practices to improve production capacity, and quality;
• Working closely with QA to investigate problems and perform root cause analysis and derive resolutions;
• Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering and production and sharing knowledge with co-workers;

Requirements:

• Able to liase with and conduct trainings for our existing Chinese speaking employees from China and Malaysia;
• Minimum 1 year experience in Manufaturing Environment
• Minimum Qualification level: Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent;
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, strong leadership and project management skill;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Knowledge in project management, engineering tools & problem-solving methodology is a plus;
• Good knowledge in injection molding is a plus.
