Job Description:

• Support all enquiries from hirer and relief drivers
• Support initiatives to provide go-the-extra-mile service to our drivers
• Handle complaints and difficult drivers tactfully and apply service recovery when necessary
• Ensure driver’s information is updated in an accurate and timely manner upon notification
• Identify service gaps, propose and implement improvement projects to streamline work processes
• Support in the collation of operational and management reports and generation of statistics when required
• Ensure all documents and data are properly kept, filed and disposed of in accordance to PDPA acts
• Assist to carry out any other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimally GCE 'O' Level
• At least 2 years working experience in any service-related industries, especially in frontline or customer-fronting roles
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Display professionalism when interacting with drivers while managing tasks at all times
• Team player by supporting any fellow colleagues who require assistance, and take instruction well from supervisors
• Multi-lingual preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the finance manager in the preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly management reports for the companies under the Private Mobility Group
2. Assist the finance manager in guiding the finance team and providing sound accounting knowledge
3. Prepare monthly accounts, including the preparation and post of recurring journal entries
4. Perform analytical review procedures of balance sheet and follow up with variance explanations and resolutions
5. Prepare GST return, corporate tax and deferred taxation and liaise with tax agent to ensure timely filing
6. Engage with external financial auditors on audit, tax and accounting issues to ensure smooth closure of year-end financial audit
7. Project accurate cash flow and coordinate inter-companies balances within the group for payments and receipts. To work out borrowing needs and placement of excess cash with holding company.
8. Provide quality finance support services to the business stakeholders of the Group
9. Ensure that processes and systems are running in an effective and effective manner.
10. Perform other duties and assume responsibilities as apparent or as assigned by the finance manager and Management.

Job Requirements:

1. Qualified Accountant with at least a degree in Accountancy or Professional Accounting Qualification

2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with at least 2 years of external audit experience with Big 4 preferred

3. Strong knowledge of advanced excel and Power Point

4. Experience in SAP and BPC would be highly advantageous

5. Committed, confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills

6. Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment

7. Strong analytical skills and attention to details

This is a 12 month contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in cabbies for lost and found items and follow-up call
• Assist with driver inquiries regarding various services or issues

• Support Head of AR Finance in the implementation of internal controls for Taxi Business Revenue Management.
• Help monitor & maintain financial information in SAP.

• Support FMS team in daily drivers billing and payment process in FMS.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

FMS

• Check AR /AP transactions batches submission by the OPS team in detail.
• Perform verification of manual transaction batches for billing and payment to drivers.
• Ensure that all transactions proper and in order before activating auto GIRO process.
• Upload return file in the evening, upon completion of the daily GIRO process
• Generate & check bank return file report, to ensure bank has processed the GIRO file.
• Check and verify manual downtime & layoff to drivers.
• Prepare and check daily successful call levy uploaded report, liaise with CCC when there is great difference as compare to previous week jobs.
• Process daily GIRO collection & credit payment to drivers, including debts offsetting.
• Check & print daily report for accident debts uploaded from FSMS to FMS.
• Updating Road Tax module refund into FMS
• Check & ensure Road Tax refund is tally with collection from LTA.
• Generate Road Tax Refund Report (Paid/Outstanding) monthly.
• Prepare schedule and reconciliation of account as follows:-
  • Driver Deposit Account;
  • Medical Claim to Drivers;
  • Absentee Payrolls to Drivers;
  • DriverCommitment Fees; and Aging Report for Commitment Fees.

SAP

• Run monthly recurrent billing.
• Billing Trade Debtors and Interco Invoices.

• Monitor Aging Report of Trade Debtors and Interco and ensure of payment.
• Send of Statement of Account at month end.

Requirements

Diploma and above or accounting degree equivalent

Good with financial accounting application.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Able to apply knowledge and skills effectively for computer software.

FRS standards/Singapore Tax/GST.

Job Description:

• Anticipate regulatory trends and their implications and establish environmental compliance that apply to business units and their processes
