Job Summary

The Reporting and Data Coordinator Intern is responsible for generating and delivering accurate reports, able to learn and utilize SAP Business Intelligence tools to develop reports. Proficiency in Excel is essential for performing detailed data to create comprehensive reports.

Responsiblities:

• Generate weekly and monthly management reporting
• Develop and generate reports using SAP Business Intelligence tool
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and generate information from Data warehouse

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• Assist with engagement/wellness activities for Corporate Office team members
• Assist and support in People and Culture projects and events planning
• Update People and Culture collaterals (recruitment, onboarding, handbooks)
• Assist in LinkedIn recruitment and branding projects
• Assist in drafting content for Internal Newsletter
• Assist Learning and Development team in updating training materials for all operating hotels
• Research on Learning and Development trends and best practices in hospitality industry
• Coordinate with properties Learning & Development teams in new training initiatives and collecting data for analysis
• Assist in consolidating monthly report

Qualifications:

• Student pursuing Degree in Hospitality or Business Management
• Preferably with internship or previous experience in hotel operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good in analytical skills and has an eye for detail
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and expose to new and different challenges
• Possess good work attitude and highly self-motivated

• Depending on educational background, Interns will be paid a monthly internship allowance of S$100-S$1500

This role is responsible for supporting the sustainability strategy at corporate office. You will support in developing sustainability initiatives and track key performance indicators to achieve company and property goals.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

• To provide support to all directives on environmental protection, re-usage and minimum wastage, purchasing and single-use packaging, community engagement and all other practices documented in the Sustainability Policy
• To keep abreast with trends and industry leading best practices in sustainability.
• To support decision-making based on financial and sustainability goals.
• To create continual educational resources on sustainability issues.

Key Requirements

• Pursuing or have graduated with a Degree or Diploma in Sustainability or Environmental Management/Science, Building or Facility Management, or Sustainable Design
• Knowledgeable in low carbon operation, resource, waste and safety sustainability planning and reporting in either the hospitality or other sectors would be a plus
• Continually curious about current best practices in corporate responsibility, environmental efficiency, sustainability reporting and hospitality, especially in locations where COMO hotels operate

Job Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and facilitate communication between relevant parties involved in the interior design process
• Ensure all design related matters are compliant with Company Design Standards, executed on time, progress and comments for rectifications and improvements are documented
• Trace, schedule and set up presentations for meetings
• Assist in the recommendation and appointment of consultants, work with the appointed consultants and properties operator during all stages of projects to ensure practical, effective and durable designs at indicated budget
• Coordinate with various functional heads to formulate design standards, including working closely with the procurement team and be conscious of the approved budget
• Review and comment on drawings and tender documents and liaise with Division Heads to address delays and challenges
• Conduct budget review, material research, tender evaluation and interviews
• Visit and analyze site and projects responsible to compile an Architectural design brief. Upon approval by Owner, it will form as basis for recommendation of Architecture consultants for various element of each project
• Conduct site visits to ensure that approved designs, standards and quality are met and any deviations are documented
• Prepare cost projections for permit and construction impact fees, verify calculation and schedules payment of funds
• Assist to develop, update and amend Company Design Standards to meet business objectives and brand strategies
• Build up and maintain a reference library on designs, new products, technical specifications, materials, etc

Job Requirement

• Excellent communication skills, ability to articulate ideas verbally, in writing and drawing
• Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design/ Building Studies or a related discipline
• Familiar with drawing tools and programmes such as Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup
• Precise, proactive, creative and attention to detail
