ROLE OVERVIEW
Creation Collective will bring unique and experiential programming, to showcase the world’s best music, art and cultural events in Singapore and SouthEast Asia. Creation Collective team starts with a small team of experts in their fields, eager to create and produce shows and events across multiple brands. The role of Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Head of Projects and the projects team bringing this business to life. The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the smooth execution of projects within an organization.
KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES
Collaborate with project managers to create detailed project plans.
Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, schedules, and budgets.
- Communication and Coordination
Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, team members, and management.
Organize and lead regular project meetings to discuss progress, issues, and updates.
Communicate project status and key information to all relevant parties.
Ensure all timelines and action points are communicated post meetings.
- Task Tracking and Monitoring
Track project tasks and milestones to ensure timely completion.
Monitor project progress against established plans.
Identify and address any issues or risks that may impact project timelines.
- Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Generate regular reports on project status, key performance indicators, and other relevant metrics.
Provide documentation for post-project analysis and lessons learned.
Engage with project stakeholders to gather requirements and expectations.
Ensure that stakeholder needs are considered throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the project management framework.
Participate in post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices.
- Ability to write compelling pitch decks
Articulate the company's value proposition, market opportunity, competitive advantage, and growth potential.
Tailor pitch decks to different audiences, such as investors, potential customers, or strategic partners.
Incorporate compelling storytelling techniques to engage and captivate the audience.
Present complex information in a concise and accessible manner.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful presentation.
Conduct research to gather information and data related to project requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
Collect and analyze data to support decision-making and project planning.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies that may impact the project.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market dynamics.
Identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities through thorough research.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather their input and insights.
