· Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set accounts

· Responsible for month/year end financial and management reports

· Prepare fixed assets schedules and bank reconciliation

· Handle intercompany transactions, reconciliation and confirmation

· Review the work of Accounts Assistants to ensure the accuracy of daily sales revenue and expenses

· Handle year-end statutory audit, preparation of statutory accounts

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Oversee the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) team, ensuring timely submission and assisting to meet deadlines when necessary.

· Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of full set accounts.

· Prepare fixed asset schedules and bank reconciliations.

This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events for Creative Eateries Catering and the execution of the events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate the booking of food and beverage events by managing outside solicitation and incoming inquiries.

• Perform cold calling to acquire sales leads

• To hit weekly KPI as set

• Use creative planning in the design and structure of catered events & menus

• Working closely with clients to include handling inquiries related to food and beverage

• Coordinate with internal food production and service team - Staff, Servers, Chefs, Runners to ensure the successful execution of catered functions

• Conduct site inspection prior to events commencement

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of sales experience in any of the related field – Catering Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Wedding

This position will be part of the dynamic and vibrant HR Team in the ever-growing Food & Beverage Industry. You will be supporting our operations in manpower requisition, sourcing out like-minded candidates to come onboard with us. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Ensure that all procurement activities strictly adhere to Halal standards and regulations, including the sourcing of Halal-certified products and services

· Work with procurement team on tasks requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor interaction while considering Halal requirements.

· Filling of Halal certificates, supplier documents and record to ensure they follow Halal rules

· Coordinating delivery and logistics to outlets

· Liaise with Accounts, Operations, Outlets, Chefs and Supplier to ensure goods are received in satisfactory quality and quantity

· Establish good supplier relationships to facilitate the smooth procurement operations

· Update outlets on product changes and information/specifications

REQUIREMENTS
