Position Summary

Participate in tender exercise, prepare Bill of Quantity and budget estimate. Perform budget control for projects and submission of claims in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• To review contracts and ensure progress claim submissions are processed in a timely manner, based on contract stipulated due date.
• Follow up and ensure payment certificates are received on time from clients
• Work with Management on contractual issues
• Evaluate sub-contractor claims and Variation Order (VO) with cost benefit analysis
• Sourcing of supplier and negotiation for best rates
• Assist in handling and managing all cost aspects of project from inception to completion
• Assist Director/Sales Team in costings relating to sales enquiries and to prepare, monitor and submit quotations to clients, in particular for customized project.
• Attend site meetings and site valuations with client and consultants when required
• To keep abreast of current and upcoming developments and up-to-date knowledge of costs of construction materials
• To assist Director to perform any other related duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 2 years working experience in related field
• Good communication skills (both spoken and written) in English and Chinese\
• Good organizing skills and attention to details

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma, in any field.
• Preferably at least 2 years working experience in related field.
• The ability and desire to sell.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence & vehicle (Preferred but not a prerequisite)

• To visit Clients with Sales/Operations team for presentations, networking etc.
• To assist Design Manager to perform any other related projects and duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Preferably 2 years of working experience in design, landscape, architecture, or any related field
• Software Skill(s): Revit, Autocad, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3Ds Max.
• Creative and has technical knowledge in basic construction design
• Able to create design concept and narrative for Design Proposals

Job Responsibilities

• To check through Handover Form and all documentations from Sales and Design Teams, ensuring client’s requirements are met
• To conduct site preparations for demolition works, civil works and/or laying safety surfacing in compliance to all safety and company’s requirements
• To oversee installation of playground equipment, lightning protection system and/or other works as per client’s requirements
• To coordinate with workers and/or sub-contractors on conducting all the necessary testing and warranty issuances as per client’s requirements
• To prepare operational documentations at the point of handing over to client
• To manage workers and/or sub-contractors on completing projects based on schedule
• To assist Operations Manager to perform any other related duties as required

Education Requirements

• O-Levels and above
• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 Driving License
• Relevant Constrcution Industry Safety Compliance Trainings & Certifications
