Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mid-Level HR Executive to join our HR department. As a Mid-Level HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations, creating and enhancing HR processes, benchmarking salaries to market rates, sourcing candidates for open positions, providing administrative support, and overseeing hiring procedures for overseas staff. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the efficient functioning of our HR department and support the growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations and Process Creation:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and streamline HR processes.
• Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Salary Benchmarking and Pay Brackets:
• Conduct salary benchmarking studies to assess the competitiveness of our pay structure against the market.
• Analyze data and create pay brackets based on job roles, experience, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with management and HR leadership to recommend salary adjustments and ensure fair compensation.
Recruitment and Talent Sourcing:
• Source and attract candidates for open positions through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify potential candidates who meet job requirements.
• Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote our company's employer brand.
Overseas Staff Hiring:
• Understand rules and regulations for hiring overseas staff, including work permits, visas, and legal compliance.
• Collaborate with immigration consultants and legal experts to ensure a smooth and compliant hiring process for international candidates.
• Manage documentation and visa processing for overseas hires in coordination with relevant authorities.
Employee Relations:
• Assist in managing employee relations issues and grievances, promoting a positive work
environment.
• Support conflict resolution and provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
• HR Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics, for HR leadership and management.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights, providing input for strategic decisionmaking.
Compliance and Recordkeeping:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, both locally and internationally.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
General HR Support:
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and handling HR-related inquiries.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
