Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of HR operations and leave administration.
• Assist in recruitment, from job posting to schedule interviews.

• Ensure foreign workers' safety training is current and facilitate certification upgrades.

• Manage workers payroll operations.
• Handle all administrative and organizational work.
• General office administration such as but not limited to overseeing cleaning activities, managing calls/mail, hosting visitors.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources Management/Business Administration.
• Working experience in construction industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, numeracy and computer literacy skills.
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision and tight deadline.

Monday – Friday

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates for various construction projects,including materials, labor, and other expenses.
2. Helping to prepare tender documents and evaluating bids from contractors and suppliers.
3. Assisting in the preparation and administration of contracts.
4. Measuring quantities from drawings and site measurements, and valuing completed work for interim payments to contractors.
5. Working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
6. Ensuring all work adheres to relevant legal, regulatory, and quality standards.

Job requirement:

• Minimum of 1 years of working experience in Contracts department.

• Worked in a construction/maintenance sector would be an added advantage.

• Should have completed degree or equivalent diploma.

• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously in compliance with Singapore laws and regulations

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, interpersonal skills.

Other Information:

• 5 days’ work per week

• Timing 08:30 to 06:30 (Monday to Thursday) and 08:30 to 05:30 (Friday)

Responsibilities:

· Create and maintain safety documents required for projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

· Develop comprehensive project checklists to ensure all necessary tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

· Coordinate with the project team to gather and communicate all relevant project details, ensuring a smooth transition and handover process.

· Manage project schedules and issue timely notices to stakeholders regarding important milestones, deadlines, and updates.

· Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to facilitate material requests, track inventory, and ensure timely delivery to project sites.

· Liaise with the management team to promptly respond to client inquiries, concerns, and requests, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

· Organize and facilitate internal kick-off meetings to ensure all necessary stakeholders are aligned on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

· Participate in kick-off meetings to gather project requirements and provide administrative support. Attend follow-up meetings to review project progress, address issues, and ensure project milestones are met.

· Document accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes for all project-related meetings, including action items, decisions made, and key discussions.

· Conduct site walks to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

· Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

· Team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Contracts Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Contracts Executive involved in the pre and post contracts management process and is responsible, but not limited to, the following:

• Create and maintain healthy relationships with suppliers and customers

• Researching, gathering, and presenting information to clients and/or stakeholders regarding contracts

• Daily checking of government portals like GeBIZ, Zycus, Tender Board and Pegaxis etc.

• Preparing budgets and ensuring that the completion and production of construction projects fall within budget

• Will be working with Contracts Director to achieve sales results.

• Daily monitoring of new jobs/appointments from tele sales marketing team.

• Preparing of Contracts reports as per HOD requirement.

• Meeting sales representatives for pending jobs to quote on daily basis.

• Housekeeping of quotations, ISO Filing, preparing for Quarterly Contracts files, internal and ISO audit.

• Required to attend all meetings that are arranged by the Management.

• Attend the tender site show rounds and meetings when required

• Provide support to the bidding team to ensure completeness and timely submission of tender bids

• Contribute to the development of the area of business

• You shall also carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned to you by your Department Head and/or upper management as and when required.

Job requirement:

• Worked in a construction/maintenance sector would be an added advantage.

• Knowledge in building Façade and Façade System would be added advantage

• Should have completed a diploma or equivalent.
