Job Description:

• Handling of agents’ paperwork
• Issue certificates for students
• Prepare documents for monthly Academic/Exam Board meetings
• Chasing payment for programme fee and school bus fee by ways of emails and calls
• Handling school bus application by checking forms are completed, documents are submitted
• Check invoices from transporter for accuracy
• Attend to complaints from students
• Other admin duties as assigned by HOD

• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Good communication skills
• Meticulous with good follow-up skills

Lab Technician cum Academic Executive needed!

Location: Holland Village Campus

Salary range: S$2200 - S$2800 (commensurate with experience)

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Render technical support for the laboratories and to assist Teachers in the day-to-day running of the science laboratories
• Planning monthly lab schedule for all laboratories lessons
• Preparing monthly lab reports
• Doing set up, trial and demonstration for all experiments
• Monthly inventory list and stock taking for equipment, chemical and lab coat
• Purchase of chemicals and apparatus
• Prepare teaching materials for new intakes
• Purchase of Academic Resources like books, stationery & teachers' resources
• In charge of textbook collection by students or parents
• Ensure new teachers have their teaching resources during induction
• Taking care of the well-being of students
• Assisting with the Academic department in documentations such as arranging of relief teachers, sending memos/circulars to teachers, prepare teaching materials, exams materials etc
• Other duties as assigned by Management
  

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience in a school lab environment preferred
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player

Admin Executive (Programme Management) needed!!!

Location: River Valley Campus

Job Description:

1. Registers students with Collaborative Institutes.

2. To upload and download assignments to Collaborative Institutes online portal.

3. Plans, executes and monitors the respective programmes.

4. Prepares and supports on validation by external institutions, such as University Partners.

5. Ensures timely updates of academic information.

6. Ensures the maintenance of all essential documents.

7. Involved in organising monthly Tea Session with students to gather feedback.

8. Provides academic support to the Customer Service Department.

9. Assist the Director/HOD/HOS in the administration of the set of programmes.

10. Liaise and coordinate with partner organisations and examination bodies.

11. Prepare teaching materials for new courses and new intakes.

12. Prepares courses and lecturers’ documentation for Academic Board’s approval.

13. Prepares examination and assessment documentation for Examination Board’s approval.

14. Monitor the daily attendance of lecturers and feedback to Director/HOD/HOS.

15. Monitor the daily lesson delivery of lecturers and feedback to Director/HOD/HOS.

16. Register students for external examinations, and collate and analyse students’ results.

17. Conduct student surveys for new lecturers and existing lecturer.

18. To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies, procedures and documentation.

Location: Kovan Campus

Working hours: Mon-Fri 830am to 6pm

Salary range: $2800 to $3500 (commensurate with experience)

Job Description:

1) Appointing of term test setters and vetters

2. Collate topics and format sent by setters

3. Assigning of teachers as markers for all examinable modules

4. Assigning of term test dates for respective term for all examinable modules.

5. Upkeep of Term Test Database and generating administrative forms for the term tests.

6. Attending to ad-hoc request from teachers

7. Generating of Term Test Verification Forms for all vetters

8. Generating of Student Satisfaction Survey and processing of survey results for all classes

9/ Upkeep of nominal roll and student count for all classes, electives and mother tongues, to generate term test photocopy request or for ad-hoc events

10. Generating of invigilation schedule and co-ordinating with colleague on the day of term test for substitution of teachers who are on leave

11. Be the point of liaison for CS looking for teachers

12. Upkeep of AEIS attendance list.

13. Generating of timetable on portal.

14. Upkeep of Processed Data whenever there are changes in teachers for quicker segregation and identification of teachers

15. Other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. proficient in MS Excel (e.g. Mailmerge Function and Vlookup function) (optional)

2. Able to work independently as well as in a team

3. Excellent command of written and spoken English
