Job Description

• Brainstorm, plan and execute campaign on company's online platform
• To work with external parties (such as design agency) to ensure timely and accurate uploading of content relating to campaign
• Monitor market and competition to suggest relevant changes in order for company to remain relevant
• Manage company's website, social media and portfolio on external platforms including product upload, product updates, delisting, returns management, stock accuracy, and shop content creation & updates
• Increase sales conversion by creating banners to convey product messaging and promotions
• Crafting sales promotions to attract sales and encourage conversion
• Report and escalate issues to relevant internal and external stakeholders for troubleshooting
• Any other ad-hoc and administrative tasks
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Answering incoming calls and dealing with email enquiries

Requirements

• Min. Dipolma in any discipline
• Highly motivated and ability to work under pressure
• Have to be able to communicate in English and Mandarin

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure documents discipline; proper and accurate data entry, maintain supplier invoices to be up to date, ensure documents submitted are in good order and on time
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations between warehouse and outlets
• Managing and procuring companies' supplies such as pantry supplies; stationery; packaging etc
• Liase with various stakeholders to request and ensure proper documentations, services provided
• Work with finance department to ensure quarterly required reports are in good order
• Upkeep of company's assests such as office furnitures and vehicles
• Plan and organise company related events

REQUIREMENT

• Merticulous and highly organised
• Attentive to details
• Min. 2 years experience in office admin related field
