Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of financial accounting and reporting
• Prepare accurate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax compliance, and audit requirements
• Develop and enforce internal control policies and procedures
• Analyze financial data to deliver actionable insights for business decisions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and financial risk mitigation
• Serve as the key contact for external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies
• Support strategic planning and investment initiatives
• Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CFA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6.30pm
• Work Location: Clarke Quay
• Salary: up to $7000

• Handle full sets of accounts
• Perform daily general ledger system operations
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Support month/year end closing
• Assist in cash flow management and projection reporting
• Assist GST Returns reports
• Coordinate and assist with external auditors for annual and quarterly audits
• Participate in annual inventory stock-taking
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office Applications and SAP
• Min 2 year's of related work experience is preferred
• Min Diploma in Accounting/Finance or relevant discipline
• 5 days’ work week (9am – 5.45pm)
• Location: Raffles City
• Salary: up to $4500
• Duration: 1 year (subject to extension/renewal)
• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
