Description:

• Ensure efficient sales administration and coordination for top customer satisfaction.
• Assist Account Managers with detailed sales quotations and follow-ups.
• Respond to customer inquiries about quotes and product information for new purchases or renewals.
• Verify prices before submitting Purchase Orders.
• Process confirmed Sales Orders.
• Address delivery requests and coordinate with Operations.
• Escalate customer-reported maintenance or support issues to Operations.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to achieve sales goals.
• Document relevant data systematically.
• Gather information and assist Account Managers with tender requirements, liaising with Suppliers and the Technical Solution Team.
• Follow up on tender progress.
• Build strong customer relationships to identify new opportunities and increase sales revenue.
• Perform other administrative duties as required by the Company.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer service, prefably in IT.
• Min O Level

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day indoor sales operation

· Sales Order Processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing

· Professionally handle high volume of inquires and assist to provide effective solution for customers’ issues

· Provide excellent support and customer-service

· Proactively sourcing for new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up

· Connect with key customer contacts (external) as needed

· Coordinate projects and support lead manager. Ensuring projects are worked according to agreed plan and kept on schedule

· Liaise with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Marketing

· Assist in preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents for tenders

· Attend frequent online/ offline product trainings arranged by vendors

Requirements:

· Diploma in Business or related field At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in related field

· Exposure to computer hardware/ software/ maintenance contract is preferred

· Ready for dynamic and fast-paced environment

· Strong phone presence, interpersonal & customer service oriented

· Excited about the opportunity to develop consultative sales skills and aiding team to meet monthly targets

· Enjoying interacting and communicating with people, and maintain good rapport with our IT Business Partners

· Proficient in MS Office

• Provide support on full HR spectrum in compensation and benefits, recruitment, training and employee’s engagement activities such as team building, festival celebration etc
• Support manager on HR related issues, procedures and ensure compliance to local labour and manpower regulations
• Support the daily office maintenance and handle travel, hotel and meeting arrangements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Business or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good negotiating skills, self-motivated and a dynamic team player
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
