The Programme Executive is responsible for supporting fundraising initiatives, managing digital marketing campaigns, and providing IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Fundraising Support:
• Assist in the development and implementation of fundraising strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate and manage fundraising events, including planning, logistics, and post-event evaluation.
• Identify and research potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities.
• Engage with donors and partners (including volunteers) to maintain their support.
• Prepare fundraising proposals, donation appeals and appreciation letters, grant applications and reports.
• Maintain donor, partner and volunteer databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and engaged.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
2. Digital Marketing:
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote fundraising initiatives and events.
• Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content to increase visibility and engagement.
• Optimize digital content for SEO to improve online presence and reach.
• Use email marketing tools to create and send newsletters, updates, and fundraising appeals.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Consolidate information from various internal and external stakeholders thereafter, edit and publish Annual Report.
• Edit and write articles to document key initiatives for the FRCS Newsletter.
3. IT Administration:
• Provide technical support for fundraising events and digital campaigns, ensuring all digital tools and platforms function smoothly.
• Manage and update the organization's website, ensuring content is current and relevant.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of online donation platforms and databases.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Troubleshoot IT issues and coordinate with external IT service providers as needed.
• Keep the IT system organized and running efficiently and document all processes for effective IT system operations.
• Create standardised systems for efficient management of various modules.
• Document ongoing user training of the system.
• Develop and conduct onboarding training for new staff to ensure effective use of the IT system.
• Ensure that governance and security of data meets internal standards.
• Provide administrative and support to services to IT or relevant committees for meetings when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Education: Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, digital marketing, IT administration, or a related field.
3. Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in fundraising software, digital marketing tools, and IT systems.
• Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of web design, SEO, data analytics, and database management is a plus.
Work Environment:
• This role may require working evenings, weekends, and holidays to support fundraising events and campaigns.
