Job Objective
To oversee and manage the entire admissions process, achieving student enrollment targets and ensuring a positive experience for prospective students and their families. Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective admissions strategies, managing a team of admissions professionals, analyzing enrollment data, and continuously improving processes to attract and retain students in line with the institution's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Admissions and Administration
- Execute sales goals and forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly student enrollment targets with the Admissions Team.
- Develop admissions strategies through data analysis and recommendations; align functional objectives with organizational goals.
- Ensure student enrollment by adopting best practices to improve parent engagement and experience, meeting enrollment goals.
- Achieve monthly admission targets by managing end-to-end marketing and sales strategies within budget.
- Assist new parents with the admissions process.
- Design, develop, and improve customer interfaces related to the admissions process and service standards.
- Administer student admissions, visas, policies, procedures, rules, and regulations in compliance with the Ministry of Education.
- Develop and monitor statistical reports to enhance recruitment strategies, yield management, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
- Liaise with the Principal to monitor and control student withdrawals.
2. Sales Generation
- Develop ideas on increasing enrolment numbers
- Conduct market research, competitor surveys and customer surveys
- Be aware of market trends and reports shifts in marketplace to Management
- Identify new channels to reach target audience
3. Event Management
- Assist in organising various school activities and programs, including orientation, parent-and-teachers events, open house, extra-curricular activities, school and public fair
- Represent the school in various open house events, seminars, conferences, workshops etc. and build a network in the education space.
4. People Interaction
- Attend to walk-ins, phone calls and emails admission enquiries professionally.
- Establish good relationships with new parents and potential parents
5. Others
- Formulate monthly admission targets
- Project quarterly admissions accurately
- Strong knowledge of the education industry and capability to build a robust sales strategy.

- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment & able to prioritise responsibilities.

Requirements
- Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable school
- 8-10 years of experience in Admissions management with a school or in a similar customer facing role
- Held leadership positions in the previous roles in the education industry for at least 5 years
- Knowledge of the various educational programmes and system is preferred
- Possess good IT skills and knowledge
- Experience in communicating with clients from diverse backgrounds.
