**12-month contract**

Work Location: Changi Business Park

Responsibilities:

• To serve as a sounding board for other departments on financial accounting and regulatory reporting matters
• To guide and oversee the tasks performed the Accounting & Regulatory Reporting Team
• To representative for annual audit including provision of finance deliverables, handling queries, and preparing annual financial statements
• To liaise with external stakeholders like auditors on financial accounting and regulatory reporting matters

Requirements:

• Possess Degree with minimum 10years experience in finance function in the financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Singapore regulatory reporting requirements
• Prior working experience in finance projects with T24 / SAP knowledge
• Proficient in MS office, Word, and Excel

· Establishing and maintaining strong work relationship with Head Office Finance team

· Ensure timely and accurate reporting (including audited financial statements) to internal stakeholders, regulators and Head Office

· Oversee, review and maintain effective controls and ensure compliance with group policies and local regulatory guidelines

· Responsible for timely update of Finance policies

· Ensure proper controls over the financial books and records of the Singapore Branch

· Uphold compliance standards, internal controls and integrity

· Participating in Projects relating to Accounting & Regulatory Reporting Function in Singapore as well as new product roll-out, including:

➢ Participating and guiding the Finance team in providing user requirements

➢ Performing and guiding the Finance team in user testing

➢ Assessment and conclusion of test results

➢ Supporting HK Finance in projects on common topics

Requirement

· 10 years or more hands on working experience in finance function in the financial services industry with a strong understanding of financial instruments

· Good knowledge of IFRS and Singapore regulatory reporting requirements

· Degree holder in Finance or Certified Public Accountant or Equivalent

· Strong IT skills especially MS office products such as Excel and Access

· Prior working

Salary: $10000 - $12000

Location: Changi business park

Working hours: office hours Hybrid
