Job Scope:
1. Events/Exhibitions coordination, including sourcing for suppliers/props/materials, budgeting and quotation, and invoicing
2. Expected to be on-site for events/exhibitions, setup and teardown
3. Coordinaton with in-house designers, carpenters and production and installation teams
4. Preparation of risk assessments, site surveys for event setup
5. Ensure efficient activation and execution of events and exhibition
6. Collaborate with other functional teams & external parties to ensure smooth process
7. Other tasks as assigned
Skills and experience
1. University degree holder or above, preferably in marketing or event management
2. Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
3. Self-motivated and a good team player
4. Effective time management and client centric
