Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• Render support to M&E Manager/ProjectManager for the successful execution of projects.
• Plan, execute and supervise M&E and civil structure works; ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
• Attend project meetings; liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities and sub-contractors on M&E issues and challenges.
• Able to assist to conduct coordination meeting and take down minutes.
• Coordinate and work closely with client,sub-contractors and project team to resolve all M&E drawings, site discrepancies and technical issues.
• Ensure good document control and filing.
• Oversee and ensure works is carried out inaccordance with the approved drawings, materials and method statements.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s).

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering, or relevant qualifications.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in M&E and rail projects.

• Surveying knowledge for all aspects of Boundary, GPS, Topographic and Control Surveying
• Knowledge in CADD using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation
• Supervise the survey and setting out works using approved pre-computation plans obtained from client

• Able to use total station survey instrument of GPS system
• Places survey markers to establish control point and work boundaries
• Uses trigonometry and other mathematic functions extensively

Job Requirements:

• Graduate with educational qualifications recognized by Land Surveyors Board (LSB)
• Fulfill 1 year’s practical survey work experience under the supervision of a surveyor with a Practicing Certificate

• Close supervision, management and execution of construction works at site, including monitoring work progress and quality adherence to specifications, performance of sub-contractors.
