Job Description:
Preferred Experience in Construction – Open Cut Trenching, Shaft Construction
& Pipe Jacking experiences.
1. Responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are
completed on time, meeting requirements and within allocated budget.
2. Manage project lifecycle, from requirement, design, technical construction,
testing, acceptance, training, documentation and implementation.
3. Participate in pre-project activities such as estimation of project efforts,
preparation of high-level project plan with project timeline and resource
requirements, and staffing and organisation of project team.
4. Plan, coordinate and communicate project plan, timeline and activities to the
project team. Liaise with all agencies and authorities to facilitate work progress
such as LTA, SLA, HDB, SPPG, SP Group, NParks and all the telecommunication
authorities
5. Monitor and track progress of projects and stay on top of the projects to
ensure smooth execution.
6. Manage and coordinate project deliverables, ensuring their quality and
configuration management.
7. Analyse and highlight project risks and develop necessary risk mitigation
plans.
8. Analyse and highlight project dependencies to pre-empt project issues.
9. Maintain project issue register to keep close match of the project issues till
their resolution.
10. Manage performance of the project team, guide the project team in resolving
issues, and resolve conflicts within the project team.
11. Manage customer’s expectation by understanding customers’ needs and
providing realistic expectations and scope of the projects.
12. Manage and work closely with 3rd-parties involved in projects.
13. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil) or
equivalent recognised by PE Board
- At least 8 years’ experience in preferably as Main Con in LTA contract
Company car will be provided.
Experience in sewer drainage projects is required.
