Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets and achieve campaign KPIs encompassing sales targets, call quality, and operational standards.
• Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products, demonstrating clear product knowledge and providing references to both existing and prospective customers.
• Identify and seize opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell additional insurance products during customer interactions.
• Convert leads provided by the company into sales through effective telemarketing strategies and activities.
• Ensure all call activities adhere fully to regulatory requirements and Quality Assurance standards.
• Update and maintain accurate customer information in the company database to facilitate effective sales and customer service processes.

Qualifications

· Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI/HI).

Experience

· Experience in telesales.

· Good product knowledge of GI personal lines products.

· Ability to handle challenging situations with maturity and confidence.

Job Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Training and Recruitment Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment, training program development, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in insurance sales, particularly within a Call Center environment, is highly preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.

· Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

· Utilize exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to interact effectively with candidates, colleagues, and stakeholders.

· Apply expertise in insurance sales to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service within a Call Center environment.

Qualifications and Experience

· Proven experience in recruitment, demonstrating proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

· Prior experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs is preferred.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen ability to negotiate effectively.

The Training and Recruitment Specialist plays a pivotal role in the talent acquisition and development process in the organization. They are responsible for:

· Designing, implementing, and managing recruitment strategies.

· Developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and

performance of employes.

· Work closely with Sales Leaders to conduct corrective training programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Recruitment:

· Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.

· Source, screen and access candidates through various channels, social media,networking, and referrals.

· Conduct interviews, assessments, background checks to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

· Coordinate recruitment activities, such as job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.

· Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates for current and future openings.

Training:

· Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to foster continuous learning and skill development.

· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessment and performance metrics and adjust as needed.

· Developing and implementing training programs and initiative to address identified needs.

· Modifying or updating training content and methods based on feedback and changing business needs.

· Identifying training needs through job analysis, performance reviews and consultation with managers.

Qualifications and Experience

· Experience in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

· Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs

preferred.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Aid accounting staff and department with day-to-day accounting duties
• Manage ledgers and ensure accurate financial record keeping across departments
• Receive and process invoices and billing statements
• Track payments and ensure accuracy of paid accounts
• Assist with general accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
• Contact clients and vendors as necessary to ensure accurate and on-time payments
• Prepare written reports for delivery to senior-level managers
• Utilize spreadsheets and database tools to assist in financial record keeping
• A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field may be preferred
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) title may be necessary or preferred
• Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA)
• Notary Public license may be required or preferred in some cases
• 3 years of previous accounting experience
• Working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite productivity tools
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize industry-specific accounting tools
• Strongly detail-oriented with a heavy focus on maintaining accuracy and integrity of accounts
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
