Job Scope

• Assist in food preparation

Requirements

Job Scope

• Overall management of outlet and kitchen
• Ensure food safefy and hygiene requirements are adhered to
• Supervise staff and plan staffing schedule (i.e leave planning)
• Manage food supplies and kitchen inventory (i.e tracking and placing orders)
• Perform daily accounts closing (i.e reconciliation)
• Resolve conflicts and manage customer service to ensure quality service
• Provide on-going training
• Motivate team to achieve monthly sales

Requirements

• Has prior F&B experince as supervisor or assistant supervisor and now aspire to be supervisor
• Has knowedgle of inventory management
• Has food safety and hygiene knowledge and experience
• Can resolve conflicts and complains
