Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mock ups, and prototypes and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Establish and implement design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design elements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth.
• Develop and maintain a UI component library.

Requirements:

• 7 -10 years relevant experience in Sap Service Management implementation preferably with ECC 6.0
• Hands-on experience in full implementation projects primarily as SM designer with second-ary skills of Sales & Distribution and Material Management modules or plant Maintenance Module.
• We are looking for all round experts that have experience from requirements gathering to setting up the entire flow of service order Management, delivery and invoice and integra-tions with other modules such as SD, MM and FI/FICO
• Strong communication skills both verbal and in writing are important as the work requires integration with colleagues, users and business partners globally while documentation is utmost important to ensure that we have the requirements clearly aligned with the business stakeholders.
• Able to lead and drive delivery of an IT solution or GAPs to capture business requirements from various stakeholders
• Some hands-on experience on related SAP ECC HR module will be an advantage
• Able to work in a fast- paced environment, multi tasks on various allocations and handle stressful situations.
• Hands on experience in S4 HANA CRM or SM will be an advantage

• Experience in software systems Development client/server, Business systems and web-based applications with at least 3-5 years of experience in WebMethods
• Candidate should be Strong in Unix and SQL
• Maintain and support the production of webMethods Integration Server, B2B, EDI, and Trading Networks including troubleshooting, performance, and problem resolution
• Hands-on experience in WebMethods Integration platform 9.x/8./7.1.2, building B2B applications and EAI applications
• Handled documents like EDI, Flatfiles, XML, IDOC’s and expertise in writing Flow services and Java services using webMethods Developer
• Experience in various webMethods Adapters (Flat file, JDBC, SAP R/3, EDI, MQ and SOAP).
• Experience in Trading networks
• Experience in MWS (My WebMethods Server) for monitoring
