Requirements:

• Min 1 year of relevant experience

• Responsible for the preparation of customers’ order at your station
• Manage inventory for food supplies
• Ensure adherence to the quality of food items according to the Singapore Food Agency (SFA) guidelines in place. (e.g applying “First in First out!” kitchen best practice as well as ensuring food items are stored in perfect sanitary condition)
• Always observe and adhere to NEA standard for safety and hygiene standards for production, kitchen and culinary work area
• Ensure maintenance and sanitize cooking utensils, tools and machinery
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior

Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the Cafe
• Guide and train staff to upsell food, beverage & promotional items
• Maintain high level of customer service standards
• Plan overall manpower, including daily duty roster to ensure optimum use of manpower
• Manage daily table bookings, seating, and special requests
• Reduce food, beverage and stocks wastage and optimise labour cost
• Ensure that supplies and stocks are sufficient for day-to-day operations
• Ensure overall store cleanliness and maintain the image of the brand
• Ensure regular maintenance and servicing of equipment to ensure outlet functions smoothly
• Any other duties assigned by the management

Requirements

• At least 3 years of cafe operation experience
• An active and pro-active individual who is willing to explore new things
• A hands-on individual who is willing to work in all areas in addition to leading and managing the team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented
