Job Description

• Supervision and Leadership:Lead, supervise, and mentor tunnel construction crews.
  Coordinate day-to-day tunnel operations and construction activities.
  Ensure effective communication between all team members and stakeholders.
  Monitor the performance of staff and provide ongoing training.
  
• Safety and Compliance:Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.
  Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
  Monitor tunneling work for compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements

• Education:A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required. A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in tunnel construction.Experience in using tunneling equipment and managing complex tunnel projects.

• Assist M & E team with assembly and disassembly of TBM
• All aspects of TBM operation including maintenance of line and grade of the tunnel while steering the TBM, as well as operation of the segment erector and annular grouting systems
