A well-established and award-winning beauty and wellness spa in Singapore is looking for a dynamic, creative, digital media savvy Marketing Executive.
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for managing all marketing, branding and promotional activities for the spa and salon, as well as retail products, across all media. This candidate should possess strong marketing knowledge and skills, specifically in social media, eCommerce, and digital advertising. The person must also be an excellent communicator in both verbal and written English.
Responsibilities Include:
- Create brand awareness and increase client engagement, aligned with brand positioning
- Develop 360-marketing campaigns based on key campaign/consumption periods
- Execute marketing communication plans and content marketing initiatives across platforms
- Review performance of marketing campaigns based on campaign targets to identify areas of improvement
- Maintain organisation's social media platforms and digital marketing channels that are aligned withbranding strategies
- Effective client management (CRM) – to recruit and retain client base, via persuasive email/ mobilemarketing strategies and loyalty programs
- Develop marketing campaign collaterals for both online & offline platforms
- Maintain good relationship with media and key influencers to maximise PR exposure
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and beauty industry, including competitors’ tracking
- Active collaborations with partners, by planning and executing events that will elevate brand positioning &generate sales
- Source, liaise and manage working relationships with vendors and creative agencies
- Store visual merchandising
- Other ad-hoc tasks assignedRequirements
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Marketing/Business, with min 5 years of relevant working experience
• Minimum two years of digital and social marketing experience in content writing including SEO/SEM • Knowledge of webpage management software (Wordpress/WIX)
• Proficiency in data analytics for social media, websites and Google
• Basic Knowledge in Google Analytics or Adwords, certification will be a plus
• Strong planning and project management skills needed to execute multiple projects
• Independent and self-running with minimal guidance
• Retail/Beauty & Wellness industry experience will be added advantage
