Job Purpose
Adroit Vantage has built a powerful digital wealth management platform for accredited investors and wealth managers. We are looking for a partnership sales development manager to help grow the partnership sales channel in Singapore. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, engaging, and nurturing strategic partnerships with wealth managers, associations, corporate organisations, social clubs, and communities in Singapore. Your primary goal will be to establish and expand sales channels through these partnerships, driving growth and revenue for the company.
Job Responsibilities
1. Partnership Development
- Identify and target potential partners within clubs, associations, communities, and corporate organizations in Singapore.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to establish and grow sales channels.
2. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
3. Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to create compelling partnership proposals and presentations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and build a network of potential partners.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to continuously refine partnership strategies.
Qualifications:
- Wealth Management Business Acumen: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 3 – 7 years’ experience in retail/consumer banking (mass affluent/affluent wealth/ asset management space).
- A track record of building successful partnerships in the affluent client space.
Domain Skills
- Strong understanding of financial services industry and financial consulting responsibilities.
- Experience in understanding the financial needs of the mass affluent to lower HNW clients.
- Proven experience in partnership development, sales or business development within the wealth management or financial services industry.
- Strategic thinker that’s well connected in the industry to capitalize on partnership opportunities.
- Deep understanding of investment needs, frustrations, and preferences of the mass affluent and lower high net worth client segments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Extremely self-motivated and determined to work in a fast-paced, fast-growing, and entrepreneurial company.
