Job Descriptions:

• Collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams to enhance incoming, in-process, and outgoing quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive quality plans for all products to align with customer specifications.
• Engage with relevant agencies to establish and uphold the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and serve as the management representative (MR).
• Coordinate with procurement/purchasing to ensure that contractors and suppliers provide items that meet customer specifications.
• Calculate product costs as needed by management.
• Manage all equipment calibration and maintenance programs within the company.
• Fulfill other assignments delegated by management.

Requirement :

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Quality Assurance Engineering
• Proficient in ISO 9000/14000
• Quality engineering experience for Mechanical products.

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct materials planning and procurement to meet sales requirements.
• Solicit and negotiate vendor quotations for each inquiry.
• Monitor and adjust inventory stocking policies to optimize supply assurance while minimizing inventory holding, following MRP and minimum inventory level guidelines.
• Generate and issue purchase orders to suppliers based on agreed inventory stocking policies.
• Issue Certificates of Origin (COO) and Certificates of Quantity (COQ) for Genset Assembly.
• Ensure accuracy of all orders and maintain communication with suppliers via telephone and email.
• Coordinate, arrange, and track shipments with freight forwarders.
• Monitor delivery status with local and overseas suppliers and resolve any related issues.
• Prepare import product checklists, import shipment checklists, and other relevant documents for warehouse inspections.
• Communicate with suppliers to address problems such as damages, shortages, or deviations from specifications.
• Coordinate delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies to meet production schedules.
• Maintain inventories of silencers to meet customer demands.
• Generate reports from the SAP system for analysis as needed.

• Plan shipment consolidation to reduce shipping costs.
• Arrange courier services for other brands' products/DDVOR.

Job Requirements:

Job Descriptions:

• Procure, source, and purchase vessels' spare parts, supplies, and services, including preparing relevant purchase orders and job orders to ensure proper supply for vessels.
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates to assist Superintendents in determining the best offer among potential suppliers.
• Verify suppliers’ invoices against quotations and track vessels’ total expenditure against approved budgets. Resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.
• Monitor vessels’ movements, liaise with suppliers, masters, and agents to ensure timely delivery of supplies on board.
• Maintain accurate records of all purchased stores and spares for vessels, including follow-up and filing.
• Actively follow up on vessels’ defect reports, arrange third-party service vendors, and manage docking issues.
• Coordinate closely with Technical Superintendents and shipboard officers on various technical matters.
• Maintain and update vessels’ technical certificates and arrange renewals as required.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by Technical Superintendents or Technical Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holders with 2-3 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the Shipping industry.
• Familiarity with vessel records and certificates.
• Meticulous, IT savvy, good team player, and able to communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Job Descriptions:

• Attending to field service duties, troubleshooting and repairing various marine equipment such as Deck Cranes, Grabs, Windlasses, Hatch Cover Hydraulics, and Davits.

Job Requirements:

• Solid electric, hydraulic & mechanic knowledge, with background either as a former maker's engineer (MacGregor, Liebherr, IHI, Mitsubishi)
• Good Ship's Electrician (Electric Technical Officer) who has sailing experience on bulkers with deck cranes.
• 3-5 years' experience in the industry.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of PLC-controlled electro-hydraulic cranes and hydraulic machinery.
• Proficiency in reading and comprehending electric and hydraulic diagrams.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
• Capability to lead a team of mechanics and oversee significant repair projects as a Lead Engineer onboard, during voyages, and in Ship Yards.
• Proficiency in writing technical reports and communicating effectively with owners' representatives.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Officer (E/O) on bulker vessels equipped with deck cranes would be beneficial.
• Prior employment as a service engineer with a leading deck crane manufacturer would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with variable frequency drives (VFD) would be advantageous.

Job Description:

· Oversee contract progress execution and monitor installation progress, ensuring timely delivery.

· Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, and Subcontractors for efficient project delivery.

· Report project progress to Project Manager and ensure compliance with contract drawings and specifications.

· Prepare method statements, shop drawings, progress reports, and relevant documents for M&E works.

· Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants for shop drawing preparation and submission.

· Assist in negotiating and procuring materials, equipment, and labor within approved budgets.

· Conduct technical discussions to resolve site issues and liaise with authorities, subcontractors, and clients.

· Have familiarity with electrical panel and wiring installation, BMS, SCADA, and process utilities facilitation.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

· 3-5 years of construction industry experience in Singapore.

· Support the Project Manager in project monitoring.

· Immediate availability or short notice period.

· Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and report generation.

· Fast learner, able to work independently.
