Job Descriptions:

Direct Sales:

1. Identify and engage potential/existing customers to explore sales opportunities.
2. Visit job sites, understand customer requirements, and propose solutions.
3. Prepare quotations, conduct product presentations, and develop new business opportunities.
4. Regularly update sales activities and quotations progress in the company CRM.
5. Conduct monthly sales reviews and submit performance reports.

In Subsidiaries Sales Role:

1. This individual should be working closely with the Subsidiaries’ Sales Team to meet and/or exceed their sales targets.

4. Monitor their enquiries, quotes, sales (delivery) and lost sales
5. Monitor market share, gather market and competitive information

7. Time-to-time, should make joint visits to Subsidiaries to review their business development and sales progress, carry out joint-sales customer visits and gather market and competitive information.
8. This individual is to share and discuss with the Subsidiaries on what thinks, sees and observes in their market place to set up action plans to gain access to the customers’ inner circle to promote and sell T&L products and services that will give customers good benefits.

New product development:

1. Search and conduct market surveys for new business opportunities/products
2. Establish business relationships with vendors (manufacturers)
3. Support Management in develop business proposal to secure distributorship.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably with at least 2 years in sales.

• Willing to travel (at least 10-20% of the time)

AV Engineer (Audio) / Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with manufacturers, designers, and engineers to deploy audiovisual and video conferencing solutions, adhering to company standards and best practices to meet customer requirements.
• Handle system configuration, testing, and commissioning for pro-audio solutions in large venues and corporate meeting rooms, ensuring integration with other audiovisual and video conferencing solutions.
• Conduct end-user training sessions on implementing and utilizing the solutions.
• Work closely with in-house AV designers and engineers, partnering with various manufacturers like Martin Audio, EV, D&B, BOSE, Samsung, Crestron, Extron, Poly, Logitech, etc. Implement fully integrated solutions for various venues, including meeting rooms, lecture halls, experience centers, command centers, auditoriums, and ballrooms.

Job Requirements:

• ITE/ Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience in System configuration, Testing & Commissioning for Pro-Audio solution that includes all of such equipment: Microphone, Mixing console, Digital Sound Processor (DSP), Amplifier, Speaker.

Requirements:

Job Scopes & Responsibilities

• Create CAD & technology using machine software from Turret / Laser NC programming.

Job Descriptions:

• Identify process capabilities, develop, optimize, and implement new technologies to enhance throughput.
• Manage subcontractors by engaging their services and ensuring safety rules are enforced during their work within company premises.
• Prepare and execute technical studies, process validation assessments, protocols, and reports.
• Participate in Process Safety Assessments.
• Implement and enforce production safety requirements.
• Assist in the development and enhancement of the Quality Management System.
• Contribute to Production/Engineering/Warehouse improvement initiatives.
• Identify production/engineering root causes and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Assist in technology transfer and the implementation of new equipment and technologies.
• Execute training programs, establish documentation, and procedural control for current and new equipment.
