Responsibilities
- Supporting daily HR functions.
- Maintain, approve & update all employee leave record.
- Make arrangements for workers dormitory and medical check-up upon workers' arrival and monitoring of dormitory movement.
- Arrange flight ticket for workers.
- Managing and maintaining employee data in the system to ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
- Carry out end to end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures and staff training
- To handle end to end passes related issues such as work pass application, S-Pass, EP, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration etc;
- Prepare letters/contracts pertaining to employee’s appointment, resignation, confirmation and other HR related letters;
- Handling government related matters including company quota, worker’s levy and etc;
- Good knowledge of MOM Employment act;
- To handle end to end BCA matters such as application & renewal for the corporate licences/certification
- To handle end to end ISO
- To renew company insurances and process claims, if any
- Prepare quotation & tender if any
- Any Ad-hoc matters.
