Job Description – SAP B1 Functional Consultant

• Manage full life cycle of design and testing phases.
• Develop solution design and lead client throughout implementation and support phases.
• Assist customers maximize strategic business value from company products to provide them with vision of their end state solution and roadmap.
• Evaluate customer’s business requirements, needs and objectives and transform same to company processes, solutions and modules being implemented.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• To develop business and work closely with existing customer on related services such as upgrading, re-educating of office equipment and many more.
• Develop new business opportunities and product marketing to customers.
• Establish contacts and develop new accounts.
• Conduct regular review on all business opportunities, and to follow-up on new projects.
• Conduct survey on end-users and provide necessary support.
• Provide field visits, marketing support in any road shows or events where necessary.

Requirements

• Required to have experience in handling School / Tender Project.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

• Installation and commissioning photocopier machine and connectivity at customer premises
• Diagnose and repair equipment on and off site
• Investigate, resolve maintenance and repair issues
• Manage tool kit, spare parts and consumable supplies accurately under your care
• Conduct preventive maintenance and photocopier adjustment in the field
• Extend outstanding support by meeting customers’ needs on response time
• Responsible for submitting meter reading in a timely manner
• Provide training and advice to customer on operation and basic maintenance of machines

Job Requirements

• Have a valid driving license

• Orchestrates and leads the execution of the account strategy, incorporating Software, Cloud, Services, Support/Maintenance
• Coordinates all customer- facing functions, including executive sponsor engagement, HQ strategy visits, DT workshops, etc., all to achieve tighter more profitable business plans, thus increasing customer satisfaction and further solidifying the GAD’s position as a trusted advisor

• Develops long term c-level relationships, creates and manages a strong joint SAP-customer governance model, and ensures that the SAP B1 assigned executive sponsor is appropriately engaged
• Leads Integrated Account Planning and ensures that SAP B1 footprint is expanded with involvement of all relevant LOB’s and strategic engagement with SI partners
• Proactively identifies customer problems and proposes SAP B1 solutions in addition to those already identified
• Influences and leads a virtual team of resources from various LoBs, functions and geographies.
• Drives revenue growth across all SAP B1 LOBs throughout the customer lifecycle
• Creates barriers to entry for competitors, protecting SAP’s customer base
• Drives adoption of and protecting premium support services
• Provides leadership around Value management and Value realization, enabling connection of Value Engineering methodologies and business transformation practices to (Business) Consulting delivery

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the complete SAP B1 offering (including Service and Support)
• Knowledge of financial, competitive, regulatory environment
• Experience with long term planning of resources, technology and account structure
• Exceptional communication skills.
