Working Hours: Mondays - Fridays 9AM to 5PM

Roles & Responsibilities of Sales & Customer Service Officer:

• Handles customers enquiries through phonecalls, emails and face to face interactions.
• Maintains business working relationships with customers.
• Process and manage quotations.
• Manage & organise documentation.
• Hand-over orders to invoicing department.
• Keep track and update of day-to-day cleaning schedule.
• Good in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills.
• May need to conduct cold-calling to prospective customers if required.
• Report to the management on any issues.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

3) Yishun Industrial Park (7am to 4pm) - $1900

4) Somerset (8.30am to 4.30pm) - $1900 (*Must with Tea-Lady experience)

Position (3) - Condo Cleaner - 5 / 6 Days work

1) Orchard - 8am to 5pm

5 Days - $1570

6 Days - $1740

Position (4) - Dance Studio Cleaner - 6 Days

1) Clarke Quay - Off on Every Friday - $1900

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Location: LINK@AMK

Working Hour: 9am to 5pm (5 Days Work)

Salary: Basic + Commission + AWS (Salary Range: $5000-$10000)

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing sales quotations and proposals, follow up closely with sales representative, making phone calls to prospective clients and meeting clients on site
• Handle Clients Enquiries and feedback promptly Service oriented, positive and always ready to assist our clients
• Maintain and develop relationship with new and existing clients
• Possess good presentation and explanation skills
• Following up on client contracts/proposals, to be submitted in a timely manner.
• Attend tender interview and follow up with tender clarifications until contract award
• Manage and follow up closely on all tender management processes such as: attend site show-round, gather clients’ requirements, prepare proposal, and tender submission
• Work closely with the Director to develop and execute business/ growth plans

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the Cleaning industry / other related industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Outgoing, hardworking, positive attitude and approachable personality
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Candidates without relevant industry experience and are keen to pursue a career in the environmental industry are welcomed
• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/ Business Management/ Sales & Marketing

Working days: 6 days work (Off day on Friday)
Working hours: 1030am-530pm / 12pm-7pm / 8am-4pm

Job Scope:
1. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting designated areas.
2. Cleaning of mirrors and glass panel.
3. Maintain cleanliness of pantry
4. Emptying trash and disposing of waste.
5. Cleaning of toilets.

The role of the room supervisor is to oversee cleaning professionals in a 4-star hotel, creating their work schedules and ensuring that their cleaning is done in an effective and timely fashion.
