Responsibilities
• Responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team.
• Receive, monitor, follow up with the Food Delivery vendors processes/reports.
• Handling customer feedback and enquiries via emails and calls.
• Follow-up on store licenses and liaise with the government authority with regard to food hygiene matters.
• Liaise with shopping mall management on operational issues of the F&B outlet.
• Liaise with various vendors related to operations (cleaning services & security system).
• Prepare management reports related to operations.
• Assist other departments in operations related matters.
• Report to the General Manager, Operations and Operations Manager.
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager, Operations and Operations Manager.
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in a business support or administrative role.
• Prior experience in the F&B or retail industry advantageous.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Preferably bilingual in Mandarin and English to handle enquiries and request from Mandarin and English-speaking customers.
