NAEUM Restaurant Group operates three concepts: i) NAEUM, a 1 MICHELIN-starred restaurant serving contemporary Seoul cuisine, ii) HIDEAWAY by NAEUM, our private dining space, iii) GUUM Contemporary Grill, a premium Korean steakhouse.
We are currently looking for a Group Operations Manager to oversee the operations of the three venues.
Requirements:
- at least 5 years of total Front of House experience in F&B. Experience in both fine dining and casual concepts a bonus
- Experience in leading a team of more than 5 people for at least 2 years
- Training experience to uphold service quality and standard amongst Front of House members
- Established network with beverage suppliers, able to guide the team in preparing a beverage list, pairings, and managing beverage inventories (beverage, glassware, etc)
- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale and card terminal systems
- Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- WSET 2 or higher a bonus
- Languages: strong command of spoken and written English
