What you will do

Responsibilities

· To provide Maintenance and Operation Support for Data Center Common Infrastructure

· Assess & implement SR/CR within the stipulated SLA.

· Provide supporting documentation, reports, and other information to management.

· Support and verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.

· Ensure that the System Software, inclusive of operating system, its associated system software and all attached components are always operational.

· Assist in problem/incident resolution and determination.

Skills/Requirement

· Proven experience as a Wintel Admin with hands-on experience in managing Windows server infrastructure.

· Strong expertise in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related services.

· Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.

· Solid understanding of security principles and best practices in a Windows environment.

· Willingness to work in 24x7 Standby Support environment with extended support during the weekends
