About the Role:

PROMACH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Assistant Air-Conditioning/Refrigeration Engineer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. This role involves working closely with site supervisors, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful execution of air-conditioning and refrigeration projects. Candidates who can acquire new projects will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate job activities at the site, ensuring that all work is carried out according to the project plan.
• Assist Site Supervisors in managing daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth collaboration and adherence to project requirements.
• Ensure smooth and effective communication with clients, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to management and clients.
• Support the implementation of M&E systems at project sites.
• Acquire new projects and business opportunities for the company (added advantage).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
• ITE, Diploma, or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
• Able to understanding of HVAC systems, job site coordination, and client management.
• Ability to manage contractors and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, especially in handling client interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is a plus.
• Ability to acquire new projects will be considered an added advantage.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales, and building strong relationships with clients in the ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) industry. Your role will involve promoting our range of ACMV systems and solutions to prospective clients, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities in the ACMV industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Promote and sell ACMV systems and services to meet sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure client requirements are understood and met.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of successfully marketing and selling business solutions, preferably in the ACMV/HVAC or related industries.
• Strong understanding of ACMV systems and solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of the local market and industry regulations in Singapore.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
