Responsibilities and Duties

*Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective repair works on packaging and conveying equipment
• Troubleshoot and rectify electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic system faults on equipment
• Identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues through inspections and tests
• Analyze problems, diagnose malfunctions, and find solutions
• Use various tools and equipment for diagnosis and repair
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used
• Communicate findings and repair option
• Test vehicles post-repair to ensure proper functionality
• Order and replace parts, collaborating with suppliers
• Attend to breakdown repair and recovery of operational equipment
• Reduce equipment downtime and enhance equipment performance through quality maintenance works
• Proper recording of works carried out on equipment. Equipment includes vehicles, chassis, forklift, industrial facilities, etc (list is non exhaustive)
• Any others adhoc job assigned by supervisor
• Maintain high standard of housekeeping at workplace
• Ensure strict adherence to all workplace Health & Safety policies, legal and company regulations, with proper documentation and storage.
• Practice safe work procedures and safety rules implemented at the workplace.
• Not to engage in any unsafe or negligent act that may endanger self or others.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Performs service, maintenance, installation and repair for various security surveillance systems such as CCTV, Biometric and Card Access Reader, Burglar Alarm, Turnstile and etc.
• Efficient in laying of cabling, piping and trunking.
• Evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot and perform repairs whenever system breakdown at Clients’ premises.
• Ability to write simple service notes after servicing whenever required.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals in order to diagnose and repair equipment / systems.
• Responsible for reading and understanding technical drawings, assigned project documentation and determining if any additional information is needed.
• Exhibit effective customer service skills by consistently communicating with customers, colleagues to ensure complete customer satisfaction experience.
• Initiative to learn or impart skills to other colleagues in order to achieve business objectives.
• Attending relevant training classes whenever required.
• Ensure inventory in vehicles is sufficient to cater to day-to-day operational needs

• The Human Resource Officer is responsible for managing various HR functions within the construction company. This role supports the organization in attracting, retaining, and developing a skilled workforce while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Staffing:Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  
• Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  Facilitate conflict resolution and ensure a harmonious working environment.

Scheduling and Planning:

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for site-related issues, facilitating communication between project management and the construction team.
  Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones to management.
  

Problem-Solving:

  Address and resolve on-site conflicts and challenges efficiently.
  

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, labor hours, and materials used.
  Assist in the preparation of progress reports and project documentation.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:5-6 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the construction industry.
  Knowledge of construction-related labor regulations is a plus.
• Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Certifications:Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is desirable.
  
  

• Planning and Design of Electrical engineering works for building services projects to deliver buildable design within a timely manner, and economical service to meet client’s requirement.
• Check electrical plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation.
• Monitoring and ensuring that the work progress is within the schedules.
• Follow the scope of work, construction schedule, budget plan and risk management matrix
• Mobilize resources to roll out the construction program.
• Preparation of M&E cost estimate base on approved design scheme.
• Preparation of technical specifications and tender documentation.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure that the electrical panels and systems meet the standards requirements and specifications.
• Installing, commissioning, and testing all electrical systems and panels by coordinating with the shipyard.
• Documenting the electrical panel specifications, wiring and schematic diagrams, and system configurations.
• Performing other ad-hoc duties.Check equipment and operating systems and correct wherever necessary.
• Ensure Electrical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality.
• Resolve CCTV, motor, pump, conveyor and hydraulic problems.
• Carry out electrical and system works using hand tools or power tools.
• Check wiring and electric status for danger and faults.
• Fit electrical system and equipment according to project specifications.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
• Perform task in accordance to safety procedures.
• Trace faults in system and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Construction Project Coordinators are responsible for supervising and guiding staff on construction sites and ensuring that projects are completed in time.

• Support to Project Manager in project implementation.
• Attend meetings as required and follow-up with issues raised.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
• Responsible in counter checking of detailed drawings for correct dimensions, orientation, alignment upon project executions
• Supervise and lead work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per drawings and approved specifications.
• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced.
• Keep and maintain proper and updated site records on progress of work and report to superior.
• Plan and organize manpower or resources allocation.
