Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Maid Database Management:Dive into our databases, conduct interviews, select and update helpers' profile.
  
• Clients Management:Serve walk-in and online clients.
  Understand client needs.
  Facilitate WhatsApp video interviews.
  
• Administrative work:Organize maid arrivals, arrange transport, book courses, and confirm deployment dates.
  Follow-up calls for ongoing support.
  Social media content management.
  

Qualification & Experience:

• CEI certification is necessary. Don't have it? No worries, you must be willing to study and we will cover your exam fees!
• Good communication skills
• Good in Microsoft Excel and Computer Skill
• Sales driven, independent, self-motivated and ability to work with minimum supervision
• Able to converse in English & Chinese with clients and helpers (Bonus: Bahasa to converse with helper)
• Singapore Citizen/PR, Malaysian and work permit holders are welcome

We are a maid agency in Singapore looking for a recruitment specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Maid Database Management

• Browse through all existing maid databases, interviewing, selecting, and filtering good and reliable helpers.
• Extract maid data from different suppliers provided by the company.
• upload and maintain these databases into the online database.
  

Client Management

• Contact clients to understand their requirements and help them to match a suitable maid for their family.
• Arrange WhatsApp video interviews between clients and maids.
• Assist in arranging for maids to come to Singapore. Arrange for pick up and deployment (either pick-up or send to employer home).
• Conduct home visits/ telephone calls to clients and maids after placement to check if they need help.
  

Requirements:

• Must have CEI certification. (If you do not have it now, we can help you. Talk to us)
• Part-time or full-time as long as you can deliver.
• There is a basic salary with an attractive commission for successful placement.
