You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant while maintaining food and service quality in line with brand standards. Key duties include preparing food in the kitchen, being trained to handle, cook, and serve food to customers, and managing customer feedback and inquiries. The position also requires assembling food, taking orders, packaging, and serving food, as well as promoting food products to customers and packing food for delivery and takeaway.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and process a large volume of quotations and sales orders within the stipulated target time, including verifying and rectifying part number errors on the orders. Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and web chat in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner. Process claims arising from shipment delays, defective items, wrong pricing, and other issues. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any issues related to customer orders, including requesting lead time changes from suppliers. Encourage customers to place orders online through the e-commerce store.

Qualifications:

· Minimum GCE “O” Level Qualification.

· At least 1 year of experience in order processing and handling customer enquiries.

Perform active calling to customers to remind them of upcoming service due dates and propose scheduled appointments. Respond to incoming emails from customers, addressing customer requests for servicing appointments. Handle general administrative duties as required to support the team and maintain efficient operations.
